The main "maintenance" being rotating and charging the included batteries. One comes in the unit, and the other is a spare. Every 'personal' tracking device we sell is shipped with two batteries.

But first a little history.
When the OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) started to make this unit, he didn't realise that it would be copied so quickly! Then when he did hear about it, and the problems people were having with the bogus copies, he redeisgned using a more efficient and faster Processor. The ARM7 processor was the right choice. However, the bogus copies still use the old processor, and are still proving to be a problem.

It's small size means it can easily be carried in a purse, or a shirt pocket. It comes with two battery compartment covers, with one having powerful magnets embeded in it. This feature is useful for attaching the unit to ferrous metal such as the steel panels and components used in automobiles. Please remember that this product is not waterproof, but can still be attached to steel panels when inside properly closed Ziplok© bags.

This simple to use system is based on the worldwide GSM/GPRS and GPS coverage, you can locate and monitor any remote targets by SMS or GPRS. The SSSIIB3G is just one of a range of 'Track and Locate' miniature communication devices we offer. Some include covert vehicle trackers, some able to lock doors and disable the ignition, while other are specifically for children and pets.
